Grup şirketlerinin kullandığı çok kiracılı (multi-tenant) masraf yönetim platformu. Çalışan fişini yükler; sistem okur, onaya gönderir ve ERP'ye aktarır.A multi-tenant expense management platform used across group companies. An employee uploads a receipt; the system reads it, routes it for approval and posts it to the ERP.

• Önceki ekip lideri ayrıldıktan sonra platformun ve bağlı sistemlerin tüm sorumluluğunu devraldım; canlıya alma sürecini yönetiyorum.
• Türk fişlerine özel bir Azure Document Intelligence modeli eğittim (birbirinden farklı yaklaşık 500 fiş düzeni). Alan bazlı güven skorlarıyla düşük güvenli okumaları kullanıcıya işaretliyoruz.
• Fişleri işleyen Logic App akışındaki üretim hatalarını giderdim: serileştirme, yanlış okunan tarihler, hata bildirimi akışı.
• Üç repo için self-hosted Windows runner'lı ve manuel onay adımlı GitLab CI/CD pipeline'ları kurdum.
• Taksitli borç onay akışını yeniden yapılandırdım, uygulama genelindeki filtreleme yapısını kullanıcı geri bildirimiyle baştan yazdım, mükerrer kayıt ve entegrasyon hatalarını çözdüm.

• Took over full ownership of the platform and its connected systems after the previous lead left; I run the production release process.
• Trained a custom Azure Document Intelligence model for Turkish receipts (around 500 distinct layouts). Per-field confidence scores flag low-confidence reads to the user.
• Fixed production failures in the Logic App that processes receipts: serialization, misread dates, the error-notification path.
• Built GitLab CI/CD pipelines for three repositories with self-hosted Windows runners and manual approval gates.
• Restructured the installment-debt approval flow, rewrote app-wide filtering based on user feedback, and fixed duplicate-record and integration bugs.

• Masraf modülünde toplu veri aktarımı, onaycı tabloları, SQL raporları ve Excel dışa aktarım araçları geliştirdim.
• Şifreli veritabanı alanlarından kaynaklanan hataları ayıkladım; test ve canlı ortam şemalarını karşılaştırdım.
• eBA üzerinde iş akışları kurdum ve düzelttim: vade ve ödeme planı validasyonlu taksitli borç formu, dinamik onaycı atamalı sertifika talep formu, paralel onay rotalı olay inceleme formu.

• Built bulk data imports, approver tables, SQL reports and Excel export tooling for the expense module.
• Debugged issues around encrypted database fields and compared schemas between test and production.
• Built and fixed eBA workflows: an installment-debt form with due-date and payment-plan validation, a certificate request form with dynamic approver assignment, and an incident investigation form with parallel approval routing.

Generates the form PDF from a help desk ticket, sends it for e-signature via API, tracks status and attaches the signed document back to the ticket. Covers five form types.

• Aday bilgilerini (beceriler, deneyim, eğitim) bir bilgi grafiğine dönüştürüp Memgraph'ta saklıyor.
• İK uzmanı "3 yıl .NET deneyimi olan, Azure bilen backend adayları" gibi doğal dilde arama yapıyor; sistem grafik sorgusunu vektör benzerliğiyle birleştirip sonuçları gerekçesiyle döndürüyor.
• FastAPI backend ve React arayüzüyle uçtan uca çalışan bir prototip.

• Turns candidate data (skills, experience, education) into a knowledge graph stored in Memgraph.
• Recruiters search in plain language, like "backend candidates with 3 years of .NET and Azure"; the system combines graph queries with vector similarity and returns results with reasoning.
• A working end-to-end prototype with a FastAPI backend and a React frontend.
